Due to some major changes in 3.0 xpwn (the program Jailbird depends on) does not play nice. I am trying to see if xpwn will be updated by the Dev-Team. More news to follow.

This is good news people.
Although for the numerous non believers out there, I am debating releasing a version of Jailbird that works with firmwares 2.0.0 to 2.2.1 until a new version of xpwn is released.
I’d like to hear some feedback on whether you would want this or wait until I can release a working 3.0.0 version.
Good news! The completion of Jailbird is just around the corner!
Now with that said, lets have some fun! 
The developers of Jailbird need some inspiration to finish up and finish up quickly (and responsibly).

I appreciate you guys being patient, Jailbird is still coming, there were some personal issues that have delayed the release, but those have been resolved and Jailbird is moving forward once more.
As you may have already figured out the release and beta test dates have been pushed back, we will not be specifying a release date this time until one is more rock solid. However if you would like, I can post another screen shot.

Q: Can I jailbreak my iPod Touch 2G with Jailbird?
A: If the ability is there to do it, it will be built into Jailbird, but as of right now…this second…no you can not
Q: Where can I download Jailbird?
A: You cant yet, I haven’t released it yet.
Q: Can I beta test super amazing spectacular (did I mention super cool) program?
A: A form will be created for you to sign up to be a beta tester, beta testers will then be narrowed down programatically, then hand selected by myself (difrnt)
Q: When will Jailbird be released?
A: I am hoping to have the beta ready for beta testers by the end of the month (January 31), and release a stable version to the public sometime in February, however no promises are being made at this time and NO dates are set in stone.
